Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2025

General

1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how the Company (Mabat 360 Ltd.), the operator of the website at www.mabat360.net (the "Site"), collects and uses information about the Site's users. We respect the privacy of users and take reasonable measures to safeguard the personal information provided to us. Your use of the Site, and in particular your provision of personal details via the Site, indicates your consent to this Privacy Policy and to the terms detailed herein.
1.2 This policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but it is intended to address all genders equally. It has been drafted in accordance with Israeli law, including the provisions of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and any other relevant law.
1.3 When using the Site, information may be collected or provided to us in two main ways:
personal: Personal information provided by the user: The Site contains a "Contact Us" form where the user voluntarily provides their name, email address, and telephone number. This information is knowingly provided by you (with your approval) so that we can respond to your inquiry. For clarification, filling in the contact form is voluntary; you are not legally obligated to provide this information, but without providing your contact details we will not be able to get back to you or address your inquiry.
automatic: Automatically collected information (technical/anonymous data): While browsing the Site, the Site's systems and external technological services (such as Google Analytics) automatically collect technical and statistical information about your activity on the Site. This information includes, among other things: your IP address, the type of browser and operating system you use, the pages you visited, entry and exit times, duration of browsing, the source that referred you to the Site (e.g. a search engine or external link), and other analytical data. This information is collected through the use of "cookies" and third-party analytics tools, as explained below. This data is generally aggregated or anonymous, meaning it does not identify you personally by name and is not stored together with data that identifies you. It is used as a statistical tool for monitoring and analyzing usage patterns on the Site.

Purposes of Use of Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

2.1 Providing service and responding to inquiries: The personal details (name, phone, email) you provided are used by us solely to contact you regarding your inquiry, to provide you with the information you requested, to answer your questions, or to handle any other matter for which you contacted us. We will not use your details for marketing mailing or any other purpose unless we obtain your explicit consent.
2.2 Improving and operating the Site: The non-identifying information (collected automatically) helps us understand how users make use of the Site. For example, which pages are most popular, how long users stay on each page, from which sites users arrived at our Site, and so on. We analyze this information to improve the content of the Site and the services provided on it, to develop new content and features, to adjust the user experience to visitors' preferences, and also to maintain the Site and fix technical issues if they arise.
2.3 Security and misuse prevention: We may use information (including IP addresses and unusual usage data) to monitor and detect unauthorized or malicious activities on the Site, such as hacking attempts, fraud, cyber-attacks, and the like. This is done in order to maintain an appropriate level of security of information, to protect the Site and its users, and to enforce the Terms of Use if necessary.
2.4 Legal compliance: If required, we may process or retain certain information for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation, a court order, or a request from an authorized authority. Likewise, we may retain information as needed for managing legal proceedings, resolving disputes, responding to complaints, or enforcing our rights (for example, debt collection or defending against a legal claim).

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases and only to the extent necessary:

3.1 Service providers operating on our behalf: We may transfer certain information to external providers who provide services to us for operating and improving the Site (for example, website hosting companies, server maintenance, information security services, email providers, etc.). In such cases, we will share only the information necessary for that provider on a "need to know" basis, and solely for the purpose of providing the service to us and not for the provider's own purposes. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information and to use it only for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with our instructions.
3.2 Legal requirements and law enforcement: If we are required by law to disclose certain information in our possession, or if we receive a court order instructing us to provide information (for example, as part of a criminal investigation, legal proceeding, or a legal dispute between you and the Company), we will disclose the required information in accordance with applicable law. Similarly, if necessary to prevent an offense, enforce the law, protect our legal rights or protect the rights and safety of users or the public, we will disclose information as permitted by law.
3.3 Enforcement of Terms of Use: If you violate the Site's Terms of Use, or if you perform actions via the Site that appear to be contrary to law, the Company may (to the extent required) provide your contact details and any relevant information in its possession to authorized third parties (for example, to our legal advisors or law enforcement authorities) in order to address the violation or offense and to bring it to an end.
3.4 Change in Company control: If the Company undergoes a structural change, such as a merger with another entity, an acquisition by another company, a sale of assets related to the Site, or the transfer of the Site's operations to another corporation – the Company reserves the right to transfer to that new entity all information (including personal information) stored with it, provided that the receiving entity undertakes to honor this Privacy Policy and to use the information only in accordance with the purposes for which it was collected.
3.5 Aside from the cases mentioned above, we will not share your personal information with any party without your consent. Wherever we do disclose information in accordance with this Policy, we will limit the information disclosed to what is necessary under the circumstances.

Use of Cookies and Tracking Tools

"Cookies" are small text files that are stored in your browser's memory (on your computer or mobile device) when you visit a website. Cookies contain a variety of information, for example an anonymous identifier, the time of visit, etc., and they are used by websites to recognize browsers between visits, collect statistical information about use of the site, verify user information, and more. This Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage) for the following purposes:

4.1 Basic operation of the Site: Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function properly. They enable you to navigate between pages, save preferences (for example, interface language), and ensure that you remain logged in if the Site allows login to a personal area (not applicable to this Site at present). Without these cookies, parts of the Site may not function correctly.
4.2 Improving user experience: Certain cookies collect information about how the Site is used, for example which pages you visited, how long you stayed on each page, whether you encountered technical errors, and so forth. This data helps us understand browsing patterns and improve the functionality and content of the Site according to user preferences. This information is statistical and aggregate, and does not identify you personally.
4.3 Google Analytics: The Site uses the Google Analytics service, a web analytics tool provided by Google. This service places cookies in your browser and allows us to receive statistical reports and analyses about traffic on the Site. For example, Google Analytics provides data on the number of visitors to the Site, the frequency of visits, the pages viewed on each visit, the duration of sessions, the sources through which visitors arrived at the Site, and more. We use this information to maintain and improve our Site and services. We do not combine the data collected via Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Please note: Google's own use of the information collected via Google Analytics is subject to Google's privacy policy and the Google Analytics terms of service. Google may use the data collected to develop and improve its services. For more details on how Google collects and processes data, you can visit: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. If you do not want your site activity to be analyzed by Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4.4 Additional third-party cookies: The Site may include content and services from third parties (such as embedded video clips, links to social networks, etc.). These services may place their own cookies, which are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. For example, if a YouTube video is embedded on the Site, Google (which owns YouTube) may place cookies that track your viewing, in accordance with its policies.
4.5 Managing cookies: If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can configure your web browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you before cookies are installed. You can also delete existing cookies via your browser settings. Please note that if you delete or block cookies, some services on the Site may not function properly. For example, you may need to re-set certain preferences on each visit, or you may have difficulty logging into a password-protected area (if one exists). By continuing to use the Site without changing your cookie settings, you consent to our use of cookies as described above.

Data Security

5.1 The Company implements accepted measures and procedures for information security on the Site, in order to maintain, to the extent possible, the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data provided to us. Among other things, we use appropriate physical, electronic, and organizational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or unauthorized use of information. For example, the Site may use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt communications that contain sensitive details; the Site's servers are protected by advanced security measures; and access to personal information is limited to employees and service providers who require it for the purposes of operation, maintenance, or responding to your inquiry – and only after they have signed a confidentiality undertaking.
5.2 Notwithstanding the efforts and resources we invest in securing information, absolute prevention of breaches or unauthorized information disclosure cannot be guaranteed. You are aware that transmitting information over the internet is not completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity from intrusions into its systems. Therefore, if, as a result of a malfunction, intrusion, or any kind of cyber attack, information about users is obtained by unauthorized parties, the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused due to security incidents that could not have been prevented by reasonable measures. However, we clarify that in the event of a severe security incident involving your personal information, we will notify you as required by law (for example, if we are legally required to report a data breach).

Your Rights Regarding Your Information

Israeli law grants you, as a user, certain rights regarding your personal information, particularly when it is held in a database:

6.1 Right of access: Under Section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every individual has the right to inspect, either by themselves or through an authorized representative or guardian, any information about them held in a database. If you wish to know what data we hold about you and how it is used, you may contact us and request to review such information. We will require reasonable identification from the requesting party and will allow access to the information in accordance with the provisions of the law.
6.2 Right to rectification or erasure: If, after reviewing your information, you find that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not up-to-date, you have the right to request that the information be corrected or deleted. Such a request should be sent to us in writing (via the email provided at the end of this policy), specifying the information that you believe should be corrected or erased and the reason for the request. If we refuse to comply with your request, we will inform you and you will be able to appeal the refusal in accordance with the law. If we accept your request, we will also notify any third party who received the information from us (if any) about the correction or deletion – provided that it is possible to inform them and doing so does not require unreasonable effort.
6.3 Right to object to data processing: In certain cases, and subject to the provisions of the law, you have the right to object to your personal information being processed or provided to others for the purpose of direct mail or any other purpose specified by law. Since we do not currently perform any processing of information for direct mailing purposes without your consent, this right is mainly relevant to the future, if and when we offer, for example, subscription to a mailing list. In any event, if you are given the option to join our mailing list, you may withdraw your consent at any time and remove yourself from the distribution list. As for other processing based on our legitimate interests – if you object, we will cease processing your information (unless we find that we have a legal basis that overrides your rights or that the processing is required for a legal proceeding).
6.4 Information about third parties: We request that you avoid providing us with personal information about others, unless you have obtained their explicit consent. If you nonetheless provide us with any information about a third party (for example, you ask us to contact a colleague and you provide their details), you declare and confirm that you are legally authorized to do so. You must also inform that person that you have given us their details and that the Company may contact them, and refer them to this Privacy Policy.

Note: To exercise any of the rights detailed above, you may contact us in writing, using the contact information provided at the end of this document. We will make an effort to address your request as soon as possible and within the timeframes set by law. Please note that an unjustified refusal by us to comply with your request regarding access to or correction of your personal information may entitle you to petition a court in accordance with the law.

Changes

7.1 The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change to the policy – for example, a change in the purposes for which information is used, the identity of parties to whom we disclose information, the users' rights or any other material change – we will post a prominent notice to that effect on the homepage of the Site or send an update to the email you provided (if you provided one), as appropriate. The current version of the policy will be available on the Site and will go into effect on the date of its publication, unless otherwise stated. The "Last Updated" date is indicated at the bottom of this document.
7.2 If you continue to use the Site after this policy has been updated, such use will be deemed as your consent to the changes. If you do not agree with any changes to the policy, you must stop using the Site and you may consider contacting us to request deletion of your details from our records (to the extent applicable). We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy from time to time to stay informed about how we protect your personal information.
7.3 We reserve the right to change, from time to time and without prior notice, the structure, appearance, and design of the Site; the scope and availability of the services on it; and any other aspect related to the Site. In addition, we reserve the right to discontinue, at any time, the operation of the Site, the publication of information on it, or the services offered on it, in whole or in part. Such changes will be carried out, among other things, in view of the dynamic nature of the Internet. We may also, at any time, change the provisions of the Site's Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 This Privacy Policy, and the processing of personal information in connection with this Site, shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding regarding this Privacy Policy, your privacy in relation to the Site, or the use of personal information shall be vested in the competent courts in the District of Tel Aviv, Israel.
8.2 If any provision of this Privacy Policy is determined by a competent court to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be nullified or limited to the minimum extent required, but the remaining provisions of the policy will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver or failure to exercise a right by the Company under this policy in a particular instance shall not be considered a permanent waiver of any of the Company's rights, and it will not prevent the Company from enforcing its rights in the future.
